1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Upon verification, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund, at our discretion

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

As our products are dietary supplements:

  • Individual results may vary

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes

Refunds are not provided based on personal results or expectations

If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:
